Mission City Community Fund announces Charity Auction Dinner Dance for Saturday, November 3rd!

A memorable evening at the Santa Clara Convention Center to raise funds for local nonprofits.

Santa Clara, Calif. - 8/27/2018 - Mission City Community Fund's annual charity auction dinner dance East Meets West will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center on November 3, 2018, starting at 5:30 p.m.

This memorable evening of music, live and silent auctions, awards and incredible dinner is a fundraiser to establish grants for local nonprofits. The auction and dinner raises funds through ticket sales, sponsorship, and auction item sales, making it MCCF's most memorable event each year.

The event is a marvelous opportunity to acquire great items, trips and unique experiences as well as enjoy good company, great music and an amazing dinner. In 2017, winning bidders of these experiences helped raise over $100,000 for programs in Five Areas of Giving: Theater and The Arts, Education, Social Services, Health Care, and the Environment. Auctioneer Dee Dee Kiesow from BenEvent Auctions & Consulting, will lead the Live Auction with more than 10 exclusive packages.

Mission City Community Fund has raised over $3 million for charity with more than 650 grants to deserving nonprofits including first-time recipients: Hip Hop for Change, Good Karma Bikes, and the African American Community Service Agency. "The MCCF charity auction dinner dance occurs each year and the auction has attracted generous supporters for 15+ years", said Debi Davis, MCCF Chair. "It's a tremendous example of a supportive community for local nonprofits that enrich the lives of residents in Silicon Valley."
